When we began to break down this morning we realized we had a flat tire on the RV. We filled it as much as we could with our portable then a little more with the one they had at the RV Park, then went on our way, stopping at the first truck stop to add more air. We made it safely to our next destination in Galesburg with a tire going flat and the check engine light on in the truck. When we got here we found a beautiful park with big trees, clean restrooms and well maintained grassy areas between sights. We called AAA to have someone come change the tire but alas, in this small town, no towing/tire changing companies were available. We will have to wait until Monday. We decided to drive into Galesburg to see where the Ford Dealer was so we would be ready first thing on Monday. Lo and Behold!! the check engine light went off. Hallelujah!! We did find a nice little town with great old buildings and a beautiful church. We also found a Goodyear Dealer though with no room to handle our rig. We will call in the morning to see what we can do. We drove back to the RV Park, talked to the owners for a while then settled in for the night.
