| When we got to Emerald over with Theresa we got a good spot. Not to far from the dog beach for Zeus and right next to the showers and laundry building. We was very happy with the location. The next day we went into town to see if we could find a doctor for Theresa for a check up on the baby progress. We was gone for about 3 hours and when we came back to our site someone else was in it. I went up to the front gate to complain and was told that they was sorry but they have the spot now and they couldn't ask them to move because they was members. I asked and what are we, where members too or are some more important then others? They moved us to a beach spot with are prime spots to make it up to us. We was farther from the laundry building and from the shower building too and Theresa wasn't happy because she didn't have phone service on that side of the park. The next day I went to the office and complained to them about the whole thing. Our site taken away from us an hour after we left, how we had to move and not them, and the whole thing. Was told that the gate would have move the others move our spot and was wrong for them to let them have it. We was moved again over the the other side of the park, not our first spot back close to it somewhat. We had to go back into town to see a doctor for Theresa the next day. We put signs up at the site on our chairs that I had locked to the picnic table. When we came back our neighbor told us that someone else was put into our spot again and was all set up when we saw our signs. AGAIN But this guy did the right thing and went to the gate to move to another spot. If you don't have a tow car and you have to go somewhere you'll be lucky to have your site when you come back. Not everyone came afford to have a tow car or able to get one at the time. They have to drive their rig everywhere they go or they don't go anywhere. If you reserve a spot for said number of days DON'T GIVE IT AWAY because it's empty. Give it a day to see if they are gone or just out for the day. We pay the same as everyone else and moving us every time we have to go somewhere is not how a park will get repeat business. |
