Great Barbecue at The Singing Pig !!
The Boys love Trail Riding on Round 2 !!
| We slept in a little today. The wind was blowing at least 30 knots all day. The boys and me went to the Hotel indoor pool and swam laps and did push ups. The wind was so strong that riding are bikes was a chore. Then after some marco polo we were hungry so we headed to Town to The Singing Pig restaurant. The barbecue was great. The spicy sauce on the smoked chicken was perfect. The hand cut fries and fried snickers were a huge hit with Missy and the boys. We are enjoying the laid backed lifestyle and gorgeous mountain views. The boys loved horse back riding so much that they went for a 2 hour ride with their favorite guide Marilyn and her husband. Missy and I headed to Flagstaff to get Coco from the vet and pick up some special dog food for her weak stomach. After a nice drive up one of the mountains we headed for an early dinner at Rosa's Mexican Cantina. The salsa was excellent. We watched the Miami Heat knock off the Bulls for a trip to the NBA finals. Now we are watching one of our favorite reality shows "Swamp People" about Louisiana gator hunters. It's more enjoyable after driving threw the bayous in Louisiana. |
