| Today the weather is very nice and it is Sunday, we head up to DC to spend a few hours visiting our nation's capital. We take a slow stroll through the streets of the Capital, fortunate enough to find a parking spot directly in front of the White House. So we spend about an hour walking in that general vicinity. We go along the Mall, the World WarII Momorial, the Lincoln Monument, the Vietnan War Memorial, The Capitol, the Arlington Cemetery and then proceed to visit some friends in Fairfax VA. Go back home late that evening |
