Yesterday wound up being a book day, we had rain, cold temperatures, and wind. High was 52 and today was close to 78. And I thought East Tennessee weather was strange. We went to the Air and Space Museum at Dulles airport today. Glad we did as it was a really nice place with a bunch of planes and space stuff. They even took us on a few flights, started out in an older biplane, then a Corsair, the B29 that dropped the bomb (Enola Gay), the Concord, a Blackbird, and then they even let us take the space shuttle Endeavor up to place a satellite. Really cool. Sherry had some trouble on the biplane but enjoyed the rest, especially wearing the 185 pound space suit. This place is a ways out from DC but relatively new and it shows. Lots of people there but you still felt like you had the place to yourself.
