Kissing Camels
| After a visit with the cardiologist this morning and another EKG, he pronounced me ready to go. Boy, was that good news. Even though I felt like that would be the outcome, it was good to hear those words from his mouth. The EKG is still slightly irregular. The irregularities he found today were the same as those in an EKG 10 years ago. I suspect it’s my “regular”. He also gave me the choice of having the stress test, but he didn’t feel it was necessary. He gave several reasons for my being short of breath, most of which were unrelated to any heart issue. His favorites were altitude or perhaps a very slight viral infection which I didn’t even realize I had. Who knows what the cause may have been. My instructions are to see a cardiologist and have the stress test if it occurs again. This afternoon we readied the motor home for travel and did a little cooking ahead in anticipation of boondocking in our future.
