We got settled in at the RV park north of OK City in Guthrie, OK around 6ish. Had a good drive, but were tired.
Got up on Wednesday and headed back into OK City to the National Cowboy Museum. This is a beautiful museum. They have a small café and we did the lunch buffet. Very good! I had a small serving of the raisin bread pudding that I wished I’d started with and skipped all the salads and meats!
There’s several places in the museum the do not want pictures taken. So I didn’t take a lot, afraid I’d be taking them in the wrong place. Got some outdoor pictures, but the sun was not cooperating.
We headed back to Guthrie mid afternoon and were going to do some sight seeing there, but I had a horrible sinus headache and we just headed back to the RV and vegged for the evening.
One reason I think I was having the headache was there were a lot of wild fires happening in the area. We didn’t see any fires up close, but the air was thick with smoke. Almost like a fog.
As you can tell, I’m a few days behind on posting. But trying to play catch-up.
Take care ~ God Bless ~ Vicki
