Tuesday, March 23 - We had a beautiful campsite at the Lighthouse Beach RV Park in Port Lavaca, TX. The walk around the park was about a mile and the boardwalk went over the marsh by Lavaca Bay. There were a lot of shore birds to see and it was just fun being close to the water again. We met a couple from Wellston, MI and went to Bubba's Restaurant in Seadrift for a shrimp and crawfish boil. It was messy and great! Bob and Mitzie are avid birders so we took the back roads to see what we might spot. They were a lot of fun to be with and another blessing along the way.
