My alarm rang at 6.30, but after a very sleep-deprived night, I did not feel at all like getting up. I dragged myself out of bed, made a coffee, and then decided to call Sofie, and let her know that I was not up to an 8am outing. She said that she will come by here at 3pm instead. So, at least I could go back to bed, and catch up on lost sleep. Not sure why, when I can't sleep at night, I always nod off quickly during the daytime, when I go back to bed in desperation!!

I had my lunch in the dining room, of the hotel. It was quite funny, because I had been thinking about Scott and how I had not heard from him for a while, and lo and behold he called me on Skype. It was good to catch up with his news.

Sofie came by at 3pm with some more fruit for me, and also my laundry. She had offered to take my heavy things home with her, and get them washed for me. I did not think I would have much success trying to dry them in my room. I was a bit embarrassed to see that they had actually paid a laundry to get the washing done!!

We went to yet another mall, and I found a book that I think Greg will like. Also withdrew some more money from an ATM, after working out how much I will need in my remaining time. Luckily Sofie told me about airport taxes, that I will need to pay as I depart, or I would have been short of cash at the airports, and quite embarrassed!!

We did some supermarket shopping, for things that Sofie needed for home, and then we went up to the 2nd level of the shopping centre for coffee and cake. We sat in very comfortable arm chairs, and had our snack. We ordered two cakes, and cut them both in half, to share them both. The Chocolate Mocha cake, and Most Chocolate cake were both absolutely decadent, and we loved them.

We got a taxi back to the hotel, and Sofie carried on home. I spend the afternoon relaxing, doing cross stitch and watching TV. I had fruit for dinner tonight, as I have quite a bit to eat. The mangoes that Sofie brought me are juicy and delicious. In fact, I needed a towel, to catch the drips.

The rest of the evening was very relaxing, with more TV, cross stitch and coffee. Sofie will be here at 11.30 in the morning, to take me to their house for lunch. I am looking forward to meeting her Dad, and visiting their home.
