| We got an early start, 9AM, and had an easy drive through El Paso and were in our new camp site in Van Horn buy 12 PM. By then the wind was blowing about 30mph hiting us in the side. Since we were on the road for 3hrs Barbara said she was not cooking. We found a neat Mexican restaurant and had an interesting meal. At least for me. I ordered Chile Rellenos and was warned that they were a little spicy but, I have never had a Chile Relleno that was too spicy and ordered them anyhow. Now I can say that I have had a Chile Relleno that was too Spicy! Wow! They were big and had a little cheese in them and then deep fried. I was able to get them down with a Beer and large glass of ice, after all I payed $9.00 for them so I had to eat them right? Luckily I had a hat on that absorbed the sweat so I could see what I was doing. As far as our camp site went we had poor TV and Bad internet so Barbara wanted to get on the road early the next morning. |
