Ireland - Day 4 County ClareNov 18, 2010

| Well what a day. Travelling all over County Clare since leaving Galway at lunchtime today. Have managed to travel a lot but not a great distance. Have finally stopped for the night in the Armada Hotel in Spanish Port on the Atlantic ocean. Been to the Cliffs of Moher today and pictures will be posted soon. Finding we are not allowing ourselves enough time to keep this journal up to date as we should. Looking forward to a day or two soon to make some comprehensive entries with lots of photos and video footage. Have a great room here overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the bar has a lovely open log fire whilst the rain comes down outside. Apparently just up the road in the main town which has just one street but 12 pubs! No not going happy with here for tonight. Off to Cork tomorrow as we fly out to London on Saturday morning. Intend visiting the Blarney Stone tomorrow as well as Killarney. Taking the Clare to Shannon ferry. Met a great gent in his tiny country pub in Bellharbour (not sure why harbour as it was inland). A real gent who gave us some great directions which we deviated from to our own detriment by adding to our travels today, but then again would not have found this place.
