Another relaxing day at sea.

Art auction in the afternoon and the work by Zamy Steynovitz is interesting me. He paints in the style of Marc Chagall.

Evening and I had made the dinner booking at the S.S. United States Restaurant (this is the dinner I won at the first auction.

What an evening – waiters everywhere – the finest silver was out – the ultimate dining experience.

My choices:

Starter – Tian of Peekytoe Crab, Graviax Cured Salmon & Avocado Mousse.

Salad – Heirloom Tomato Salad (3 interesting varieties of tomatoes I haven’t seen before), Buffalo Mozzarella, Apple & Cantaloupe.

Entrée (Main) – “Surf & Turf” Duo of Roasted Lobster Tail & mouthwatering Filet Mignon

Dessert – Grand Marnier Souffle (so delicate) with macerated fresh Mango

Cheeseboard – a choice of twelve different French cheeses

Truly a very special experience – treated in a friendly way like royalty.
