Georgia to Virginia

I'm on a zip line north. The day started foggy, but it burned off by 1000. The colors are in full display. Surprisingly, less so as I go north.

The route takes me through Asheville. One of these days I'm going to stop at the Biltmore Mansion. I almost did it today. I got off at the Biltmore exit, but missed the entrance to the Mansion because of traffic. It was difficult to turn the rig around so I just went on. Maybe next time.

One thing about driving the interstate is you see some strange things. I posted some pictures of Ma & Pa Kettles pick-up truck and trailer. At the onther end was a Ford GT-40 traveling by trailer.

As I drove into Wytheville I saw 2 people dressed in black walking down the street (I posted the picture). The first thing that came to mind were the pictures that are sent around in e-mails of "Walmart people". Sure enough, they were there when I went in to shop.

I'm spending the night at Camp Walmart again. This one's crowded as there are about 8 other motor homes in the lot with me.

Should be home on Thursday.
