| Visited with Scott’s Aunt Bea & Uncle Bob today. While there his Aunt Peggy and his Cousin Sharon also dropped in to visit with us. What a fun time. Scott received a wonderful surprise from his Aunt Bea, the Morris’ family bible dating back to 1875 with the marriage of his Great Grandparent’s marriage. How Cool is that. Aunt Bea said that since Scott was the only one in the family that was interested in the family heritage, he might as well have the bible. There’s another woodworking project for him, making a nice storage box. After leaving Aunt Bea’s, we were looking for a service station with diesel and alongside us comes his cousin Sharon, who invites us over to her place to meet her husband, who would know where a diesel station would be. Well, we ended up going to dinner with them, and then to the station for fuel. Weather report says rain tomorrow; let’s hope it holds out so we can hit the road again. |
