Latest update - our start date with Amazon is Oct 3.
We moved to Big Chief RV Park today. This is a new RV Park across the street from Amazon. It is work in progress, but the sights that are done and being worked on look good. There’s still a few that have a rig on them that need to be fixed (widened). We figure it would save almost $50/week for gas instead of driving to Independence.
The employees of Big Chief are very friendly and helpful. They are working very hard to complete the RV Park. There's approx 30-40 rigs here now. There will be 133 sites and they have reservations for 125.
There are alot of first time at Amazon seasonal employees, but we have run into some people we worked with in previous years as well as people we knew at Yellowstone!
Update: Sep 30 Here's some pictures of where we are at. Wednesday night there was a Bar-B-Que, everyone brought a dish and their own meat. Good food, good company, enjoyed meeting everyone! Approx 20 attended.
