Binky Cabrera arrived today to spend the Labor Day week end with me in Greensboro. I was happy to be the “tour guide” for a change. Today I took her the Reidsville to visit the Chinqua-Penn Plantation.

Tonight we had dinner at Fran’s Front Porch at Liberty with Catherine Parker and Marjorie Duckwall. It was a very pleasant evening, complete with cattle mooing nearby.
