| Finally the day has arrived. We had planned to leave about 8am but had Dar's daughter and grandson overnight so we weren't in too big a hurry. We finished the last minute packing, loaded the trailer and Jeep and finally hit the road around 10:30. We even remembered to take our pillows because we had (we thought) removed the pillows from the trailer after the last trip. We had a couple of stops to make: Canadian Tire to pick up an air conditioner that we were sure we would need and Dar's brother's place to drop off some things and pick up some food. Nobody home so we left the stuff on the step and left food-less. It was almost 1:30 by the time we reached Hope. |
