| Went to the Basketball courts, but the girls' game had been cancelled as the other team didn't turn up. However they did really well today and are UNDEFEATED! Had a nice talk with Jacqui, and met her two shy girls (12 and 8 years old) and she caught me up on lots of the progress in OAP and the news about the people - especially old students. Then she took me over to meet Aaron - who has gone from a really little year 8 boy to a really big strong man - with somewhere in there that cheeky little face. He has a little boy and a little girl and works on a mine near Newman. Then Jackie introed me to Clint Isaac. He lives in Bidyadanga with his partner who is from there, and they have a 3 year old daughter. I reminded him of how wild he was:) I also spoke briefly with Janella' Dad, and met her two daughters. Had a video night at home after that - and the boys ended the night with their customary argument. |
