cloudy tamarindo beach
| We spent three nights at the beach in Tamarindo, a surf town on the Pacific coast. The hostel was really nice and the town had a lot more backpackers than Playa del Coco. Unfortunatel it didn't stop raining pretty much the whole time. The weather was sunny early in the mornings but then absolutely poured every afternoon and evening. We got up early to make the most of the sunshine and tried out surfing again. A couple of locals on the beach offered us surf lessons, but when we declined they told us to go back to our own country... charming. By the end of the three days constantly kicking up mud from the ´roads´we gave up trying to clean ourselves, I felt disgusting. Heading to the Caribbean coast where fingers crossed the weather will be better. |
