| We went to Playa del Coco for the day which we expected to be a backpackers' place, but was filled instead with older gringos. It seemed a bit strange as there were some nice bars and restaurants, and cheaper than other beach resorts. We forgot it was July 4th so had cheap drinks all day. There were no hostels there but we got a room at a b&b with a pool which was really nice, luxury for us! Heading to a more backpacker surf spot tomorrow. |
