The island near the platform. Payar Island.
| This was the most adventurous part of our trip. We took a 2 hour ferry ride to Payar Island to snorkel at a coral reef. The boat trip was a bit rough, and 3 of us got very sick. When we got to the reef platform it was raining heavily. Luckily it stopped and we did some snorkeling an saw some sharks. When we left we took an even rougher boat ride to Langkawi Island. It was like riding a bull. |
