Another early departure, for us, and a nice cool overcast day in which to drive. Again we stayed on the secondary roads and really didn't make very good time today. But it was nice to drive through central Georgia while it is still in its lush plush green.

JoAnn got excited when she was able to see the mountains on the horizon, if you can call these mountains after having been out west. They may be small, but they are pretty and COOL.

We are staying at a combination RV Dealership, parts and service, and RV park in Swannanoa NC near Ashville. It is obviously not a destination park and JoAnn was able to secure a place for us on this holiday weekend. It is not full but it is probably the only non full place in the area. We know, she checked.

We will hang out here until Monday when we will move to another nicer park just a few miles from where we are now. Doug has his first oncologist appointment on Wednesday afternoon. This will be a get acquainted meeting where Doug will outline what has been done so far and what needs to be done based on where the last doc was heading.

It will be good to sit a day or so and do nothing after being on the road so much in the last few weeks. LIG. RVLIB. (RV Life is Better)
