| Enjoyed breakfast with Dad adn Brenda at Deetjens, a charming little breakfast place. We had a private room and it was great food as usual! Shopped at a few little places in Big Sur and then headed South. The day was very foggy so the drive was not as incredible as we were hoping. We found a beach to climb on some rocks outside of Gordo. Went a bit further and found a herd of elephant seals on the beach. Sam and Max loved watching them. We saw them playing in the ocean, very amusing. Stopped in Morro Bay for lunch and to view the big rock!!! We sat outside and ate some fish and chips watching the fishing boats go by! Arrived at our hotel late, great room and place. Too tired to leave the room to explore! Went to bed early to prepare for a day of San Diego beaches!! Talk to you soon! |
