Snake River RV Park

Idaho Falls Idaho

Today we took off on a shopping trip and a stop at the Museum or Idaho. First stop was the museum where the featured display was titled “Wolf to Woof”. Needless to say it was about dogs and mostly the wolf. After walking through the Dog display area we entered the History of Idaho. This was much more interesting and to our liking over the dogs. In this section of the museum presented the history of Idaho Falls, Old store fronts, and the Indians of the area.

Next was a stop at a farmers market. We picked up a few things and were off to go antique shopping. We stopped at two large stores taking our time looking for those special treasures hidden on the shelves. Of course, Debi found some treasures to buy and most of them were on sale.

We then returned to the trailer for a little lunch. We then took Heidi out on a little trip to a park along the Snake River. It great view of the river and water falls located at the south end of the green belt. We also encountered a number of ducks and geese with children feeding them.

After a full day it was back for a rest and a great dinner.

Sunday, I will head off to the golf course in the morning. Then I will stop by the campsite and get Debi so we can hit the local Walmart for some things before we head off Monday morning.

I have posted more pictures on the web.
