Thunder Bay & Lake Superior From Mount McKay
| Very kicked back and lazy morning today. Around 12:30 we headed out to Mt. McKay Lookout, with a great view overlooking Thunder Bay and Lake Superior. With the first view of Lake Superior it's pretty hard to get it through the brain that it is a "LAKE", as far as you can see to the east and farther is just water and more water. We could see Michigan to the south as the lake isn't all that wide at this end. Stopped for some groceries on the way home and then headed back to the trailer for some great hamburgers. |
