An early start at Hasselholm, on the road at 07:50 and it's cold and raining. Still, it's a change from the last 2 sweaty days.
Southern Sweden (Skane)seems to consist of forestry (Ikea farms?) with the occassional random town. Very picturesque though, even in the rain on motorways. The roads are very quite and we arrive at Stockholm at 4pm in time to do some Touristy things.
The hostel really is a converted prison. We have 1.5 cells, the .5 is half of the neighboring cell converted to a bathroom. This is something of a relief as we were concerned about what the "en suite" facilites might entail! Our cell is very compact with bunks and quite cosy but still very much a cell.
We visited Sodermalm last night, very trendy area not unlike some southbank parts of London. What spectacular city this is! Unfortunately I can't attach photos.
