Well earned break
| Today we caught the bus to Karlstad. This was a bit of a random destination we had selected. First, it was on the way to Oslo, we did not want to spend eight hours on a bus, and we wanted to stop at a smaller town. So we arrived in Karlstad around 4:15, about a 4 and a half hour bus ride. Bus was good, with internet on board as usual. After checking a map at the bus station we walked to our hotel a few blocks away. We dropped our bags and headed down to the information centre to collect some maps and info. Karlstad looks quite nice, the streets in the centrre are closed to traffic and there are lots of street cafes and bars. More info tomorrow! |
