We arrived in Gonzales Thursday, May 20, 2010. We were so lucky to be able to stay at Sue and Allen's beautiful place. We had full hook-ups right in the driveway.
Sue brought us bacon, eggs and toast on a silver platter Friday morning. Good service at the RV resort. And, there is a gorgeous pool!
We spent some quality time with Alda and Leon, Sue and Allen and the grandchildren Madison and Isabella. We have such a loving and generous family; they all turned out for us, both at the restaurant Friday night and at Millie's on Saturday.
We now have a jambalaya pot, cajun seasoning and coating for port chops, home made ice cream in the freezer, home grown frozen strawberries, bacon, locally canned beans, home canned blackberry jelly and figs.
