| Left Bullhead City Sunday a.m. about 8 a.m. Picked up I-40 in Kingman, up to Flagstaff & on towards Gallup, NM. Wind was something else starting in Flagstaff and we had wind all day and evening. We did have our 'usual' Mother's Day lunch at the Flying J in Winslow. Greasy as usual!! Stayed at the USA RV Park in Gallup where it was windy ALL night long!!! Ok park, nothing special (a former KOA) where everything you add is extra $$$ -- 50 amp, cable, etc. etc. Very nice little fenced in dog park area though & Murphy enjoyed that. $31.71 with tax for a 50 amp site. By Monday morning it was downright cold -- 42 degrees as we left Gallup & still windy. |
