| I love making and eating pannycakes! I like it when they are crispy around the edges and light and fluffy in the middle! Yummy, covered with real butter and syrup, oh man, it's making my mouth water now? Is it yours. We we haven't started making them yet, next week when it's Care for Kids weekend, hey if you headed out to your local KOA, it's stay Friday night and get Sat. night free! Then if you eat breakfast with them and pay for it all that money goes towards a Cancer center for kids. We have been working on the computer for the past 3 days, ya know God only gives you what He knows you can handle. Last night, we thought cocky like, we can handle this, oh man, God decided to test that! We had about 8 people one after another come in as walk ins and test us. It was kewl, we passed it! We are learning this new job! At least the office part of it. Fri and Sat the kitchen clean up! We love our site, we are backed into the woods but our front window overlooks the park. We can see the rigs come in and go out. We have begun to plant a garden, wow, it's been years since I have been able to do that! Onions, radishes, spinach, eggplant and tomatoes so far. Not sure what else I want to plant. Maybe some squash. I don't like using pesticides so it may be more soap and water mix to kill the bugs. Anyway, from OKC KOA, its time to go.. until next time. |
