We left Hondo, Texas after enjoying Easter dinner in the park. The ladies wore their Easter bonnets and paraded around the room....those show offs. Ham was served and it was excellent. Guess they felt sorry for us because of the damaged slide, because we were offered some of the leftovers for sandwiches to add to our salad while traveling. We were wondering where our next meal was going to come from, yell right! Our freezer in the R.V. is only a back up, there are so many wonderful restaurants, all we have to do is find them. We are getting pretty good at sniffing them out.

Drove to Livingston, Texas to pick up our mail. Stopped in at the 146 Grocery for a couple of their excellent hamburgers.

We came up to Cowtown RV Park in Aledo, TX which is just west of Fort Worth for a couple of weeks of "Medical Availability". Cowtown is convenient since doctors are in Weatherford, Aledo and West Fort Worth, oh yes and the CPA. Deadline is this Thursday! Refund this time, we can only hope.

Sunday went to St. Christopher's Church. Father Bill really delivers a powerful message, wow, he is good! Went out to eat with parish friends and met more parish friends for the dinner meal. Thank you Margaret, Joan and Bob and Brenda and Ken.

Saturday, April 24 met with Betsy and Ben in Denton, Texas. Went to a bar-b-que place called Rudy's. Apparently this is a chain restaurant, and guess what, we were greeted by a very friendly employee asking us if we had ever been at this restaurant before. We told him "no" so he explained how it worked. Order your .... here, get your drinks.. .... sauces are ...... pickles are .....and oh yes, the cashier is ....

This personal attention just blew us away. He asked us if we had any questions, assured he had answered all of our questions, he went back to the kitchen. A minute passed and here he came out with samples. Can you believe this???? The food was excellent, not Texas sized but we could order ribs by the pound. Now it is decision time, how many pounds can four people eat?

Sunday, was a first for a lot of us including Father Bill at St. Christopher's Church. Father Bill blessed our RV and us since we are full time RVers. Father did the incense, and since we are sharing our lives together full time, he pronounced us

"TIME SHARE AND TIME SHARE".
