Today is our last day in Lo de Marcos. We packed and packed, and had lots of good friends stop by to wish us safe travels. It is always so bittersweet to leave this wonderful place. I hate to leave my friends, old favorites and newly acquired, but I am also looking forward to new adventures on the road.
We had a little get together at our old RV Park, Pequeno Paraiso, to thank all of our class instructors for the winter, Mabel and Heather for line dancing and yoga and Greti for her wonderful experience and guidance with painting. What a great group of loving and talented women, I will really miss them.
This afternoon we made time for a last swim, the waves cooperated and we had a nice calm sea for bobbing in the surf, and the dogs got a final chance to go for a dip. Had just enough time to come home and shower and walk into town and have dinner with Heather and Peter. A great meal and a very fun evening.
Heather and Peter will be traveling with us again on our return to the states, it promises to be a lot of fun with tons of music and laughs, always a new adventure around every corner.
