Decided to head for Carlsbad New Mexico this morning. Doesn't seem to be to bad weather wise.We will see in 4 hrs. Bring you an update when we arrive. Decided to stop at Balmorhea State Park to do some diving in the San Solomon springs. Nearly 20 million gallons of water flow thru this spring each day. Water temp is from 72 to 76 degrees. Can't wait to get wet. After setting up camp we decided to take a drive and just look around. Came back to the camp site and pondered about going in the springs. Wind is blowing around 15-20mph,air temp is about 50 and the water is 72 degrees. Ail what the heck you only live once. So we grabbed the gear and headed over. Well once you got in is great. the dive proved interesting and the fish and a turtle and the ducks were cool. Not as cool as we were when it was time to get out. It was worth every goose pimple.
