Wow, we’re having a great time working. As I have always said “someone has to do it”. Where do I start, things are happening every day and I haven’t had time to keep up. Our stay on the beach at La Paz was great. We eat very good food at the restaurant there and we did a travelogue on Alaska. The next day we drove to Cabo and had a lobster dinner overlooking the Sea of Cortez/Atlantic. The second day we did the glass bottom boat tour which looks at tropical fish and does the tour around the famous Cabo Arch. We visit Honeymoon Beach on the Sea of Cortez side and then see Divorce Beach on the Pacific side. They call it Divorce Beach because it’s rough over there. Then we did a tour of a glass blowing factory. That night we went on a Sunset Margarita Dinner Cruise where we chased a couple of Humpback Whales. One of them gave us a great show jumping clean out of the water. The next day I went and played golf at Cabo Del Sol. Don’t ask me how much that set me back but it’s a Jack Nicholas course that’s compared to Pebble Beach. All the shrimp Taco’s we could eat. The next day we were off to Los Barillas. It’s just up the east coast 100 miles. That’s where we set up 3 TV’s between two RV’s and had a Super Bowl Party. We were able to hook up a Canadian Satellite in Mexico to watch American football. Isn’t technology wonderful? The next day was a day off but we prepared a pancake and sausage breakfast for our guest. Today (I’m catching up) we went off road riding in 4 wheel Quads. After 3 hours we were ready to hit the showers and relax. And yes, Martha drove one for a little while. She enjoyed it. Tomorrow we’re on the road heading watch the whales in Guerrero Negro. On the way we stop several times and stay on the beach and eat some more. We plan to have breakfast in a bag somewhere along the way. If you don’t know what that is, well, we put two eggs in a plastic bag with a bunch of other ingredients and drop it in boiling water. It makes a delicious omelet. Don’t try this if you don’t know what you are doing.
