Friday, Jan 15th

Mark & I drove down to Granby this morning to the ranch where WR) winters the 40 head of horses. Nick had the farrier there to trim the hooves of the horses. In the winter they pull the shoes off and let the horses go unshod, but their hooves still need to be trimmed about once a month.

This afternoon Linda & Sandi borrowed some snowshoes and tried them out on the frozen Colorado River.
