| Travel to Khorat – We went for a long walk around town, looking for a bike for Tim to ride after Jen and the boys head back to USA. Mango season is just beginning, and the woman at “Mangos and Sticky Rice with coconut milk” stand had blue “jasmine” sticky rice as well as white. She said it was made with jasmine flowers, and it tasted a lot like suntan lotion! Tasty, once you got away from the whole sand/beach idea… Vinny: Cool hotel. Not my favorite on the trip, but cool. Tony: We had a nice walk around town. I wish we could have stayed longer and seen the ruins at Phimai. |
