Returning to where we started in April - Parkland, Florida - Thursday, December 3
On Thursday morning we made a Camping World run and picked up a surge protector and a new barbecue, then we took our baby over to the truck scales and had her weighed, fully loaded for next year's trip.
The RV weighed in at under 13,000 pounds which is over half a ton under the load limit, so it looks like there will be room for all the rocks Madolyn has collected when we take it home to California next year.
We got on the road a little after noon and had a good trip across the state and down to Parkland. We will spend the next few days with our family here before flying home to California next Tuesday. Much as we love traveling it will be good to be home for a few months.
