Sunrise over Salome

We're about to leave this area, wanted to show you some pics of an area lake we went to for fishing. The bass were plentiful but it took a couple days for Dave to get his "mojo" goin. The lake is Alamo, it's about 45 miles due north of us. It's a state park with camping there, both primitive and hookups. We'll be going there sometime in the future rather that drive 90+ miles round trip each day. Just put the boat in and forget it, go fishing anytime that way!

In addition to bass fishing we also went golfing. Two courses are nearby, both are nine holes, Greasewood Golf and Sunset Links. Both are inexpensive $9 and $15 respectively, but I'd advise you to bring a few rock clubs. The one day we played at Sunset with new friends we met whom are from B.C., Canada, it was warm about 90+. We do have fun when we're here.

Also, friends Dave & Melissa Foster, are staying in the area near here. We met them for church and toured their RV park. Readers remember them from our time in WA, they and Jerry & Sally helped us pack up and move.
