We've had a busy few days in Penny's neck of the woods; her first priority was to introduce me to her watering hole where her personal recipe latte is concocted as she parks the car and she practically has a reserved seat. We visited the Australian Botanic Garden which is still being constructed and has only native species and have also been to a sanctuary where I managed to chalk up most of the animals on Arthur & Phoebe's spotting list which I have not managed to see in the wild.Thanks to an emergency call from John's sister we were able to see a sleepy koala in her garden. Tomorrow morning we leave for Melbourne and will spend the day exploring before a night at Penny's friend's house in readiness for my flight home on Thurs. afternoon.Kay
