| Today marks a major milestone in our travels. We return to Florida and for the first time we know where we are going! By that, of course, I mean that we have been to this campsite in Destin before and the surroundings and area will be familiar. It will be somewhat of a novelty to know where things are and what to expect. We haven’t seen the ocean since we returned from our cruise in Alaska so to see the Gulf of Mexico with the blue sky and powder white sand makes me realise just how much I miss being close to the sea. Here we are with November upon us and we are still able to swim in the sea and enjoy these fantastic beaches – what a way to spend winter! |
