1 month later - Oct 15, 2009 - Calgary, Alberta, Canada

Well well, been a month!

Started work, discover my host family, tension in the group, EID, Thanksgiving, Banff, etc. Been super busy.

First off my host family is awsome. Mom (Sharon) Dad (Angelo), Michelle(19 studying at McGill), Anthony (17) and Nathalie (14). And lets not forget Casper the dog. They really make me feel at home. They took me and Whardah(my counterpart) pretty much everywhere in the city.

For my volunteer placement I work at a behavioral school for at risk children. Really different then public school! 6-8 kids max per class with 2 staff per class. Swearing, kicking, tossing thing part of the normal routine!!! But I love it. Its rewarding.

I went to BAnff and its was awsome!!!!! Will post picture later on!
