Coming out of the Tunnel in Sarajevo. This is how they must...

My crew in Sarajevo.

Matt and I woke up at 6 am to go take as many pictures of Mostar as we could and still catch a 7 am train to Sarajevo. It was nice, we got all these pictures at sun up before anyone was out.

We got to Sarajevo at 10 am or so and checked into a place where we met a Korean girl named Jun. Jun was a weather girl back home and had been traveling for almost a year.

I never in my life imagined ever going to Sarajevo, but we went on a tour of the main spots and learned many interesting things. The city was under siege for 4 years. The city is totally surrounded by hills and the Serbian army would just stay on the hills and shoot anything that came outside. Our tour guide said that you wouldn't go outside and on a good day only 20-30 people would get killed. Most buildings and houses in the city and the surrounding towns, still have bullet holes in them.

There is also an old town with cobble stone streets and is a cool place to hang out. After the tour Matt, Jud, and I stayed in the old town and had some funny conversations with a few drinks. The food in Bosnia is surprisingly very good. It has a lot of Turkish influence because they were at one point a part of Turkey.

At night, we met up with a father/son team from Australia, who were on their way to Turkey. We all went out and did a little night tour of the town.
