Today the weather was perfect - 70's, low humidity and sunshine. We decided to rent a couple of two seater TV's and ride the trails in one of the mountain ranges not too far from our campground. Our friends, Bette and Roy, rode on one of the ATV's and Art and I rode the other. I should know by now to ride on one by myself as that gives me some element of control over my destiny, but decided to ride double with Art this time. Of course anyone who knows Art, knows that 1) he never goes slow on any type of vehicle and 2) he loves challenges. Therefore, I found myself bouncing along through paths of rocks, trees, mud etc, hanging on for dear life so I didn't bounce off the back of the ATV. No path was too high or too steep - we tackled them all. Actually we had a blast, exploring our way through the trails. It was sooooo much fun! The leaves were starting to turn yellow and orange for Fall and as we climbed up the mountain, we had great views of the snow capped Tetons. By the end of the day, I was begging Art to add one more toy to our collection, but unfortunately there is no place on the Clampettmobile to add an ATV.
