Sylvan Lake

Bison are just about everywhere including the picnic areas.

Our best view of the long horn sheep--their back sides. At least...

Pronghorn antilope were also abundant.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Land, lots of land.

 

The burro were quite friendly.

 

 

 

This gentleman had a bag of candy. He got all the attention.

We found the herd about half way around the loop.

 

 

 

 

 

 


With camera in one hand and a thermos of hot chocolate in the other, we headed out the door just after 6:30 the morning in an attempt to see the wildlife at their morning grazing in Custer State Park. We were not disappointed. The photos tell the story.
