Uneventful Labor DaySep 7, 2009

| Sunday was a very low key day. I left Gene in bed and kept my appointment at the Cloud 9 Spa for my massage. It felt soooo good! We were talking about our travels in the RV and the receptionist was telling me about Pennsylvania Dutch Country. It sounds like an interesting place to visit so maybe we'll check it out. It might be a stopping point on our return from New York on our way south. We decided to find a laundry outside the park and do laundry. I have to laugh because I thought sure it would be less expensive and as usual I was wrong! We stopped by our favorite sub shop, Sac of Subs, and picked up subs and went back to the RV. I went shopping on Labor Day at the Hamilton Mall. I got my hair cut and glasses fixed but didn't find anything I couldn't live without. I stopped by the grocery story and headed back to get prepared to head to NYC tomorrow. As much as I am looking forward to seeing Gene's step brother and his wife, Bob and Diane, I am so anxious about the trip. We were originally planning to take a cruise out of NYC up the east coast and into Quebec City and then back to NYC. The only date available was September 30 returning October 10, so we decided to skip the cruise and maybe do that another year. We want to be headed south by mid September. We're off to NYC tomorrow, stay tuned. |
