Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Oak Harbor, Ohio

"The Minnow", do you think Gilligan is still looking for this?

Lake Erie at Marblehead, Ohio

Oh, darn!

Well, it was another day on the road......90 minutes to the east! We are at East Harbor State Park, Lakeside-Marblehead, Ohio. The state park is another great park for rv'ing. The sites are paved, not too close together; trees, but open enough to get satellite service! It is not crowded, but we aren't alone! :) The state park is also on the shores of Lake Erie.

The water is not visible from the campsites, trees between here and the water. There is a huge beach.....people were in the water today.

There is a Wetlands Walking Trail that we will investigate at some time.

I started to say that the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station was the first I have seen, but it isn't.. I have seen the one at Fulton MO.

We were driving to a boat launch area and saw this boat in a yard..

I also thought about titling it "How bad is the economy?"!!! Glen suggested the title "A Great Fixer-Upper"!

Obviously, it has been sitting in the yard for a l-o-n-g time.

Glen says his hip muscle is better, but he hasn't convinced me! He's not ready to climb steps or go for a walk yet. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. He can drive okay, or sit in a chair, the pain is only when the leg is in a certain position.

Keep watch out for robins to be moving through! All of a sudden there are large numbers of robins here, lots of them immature, meaning not adult colored. I feel like they will be migrating soon!
