Today we traveled over 300 miles and stopped in Fairmont, Minnesota. Again we were concerned that with the holiday it might be tough to find an available site. Jan called a campground in Albert Lea, 53.00 bucks a night! Just a little bit steep? We decided to travel another 60 miles to Fairmont as sites were 30.00. After calling and deciding on a campground you never know what to expect when you arrive, all you have to go on is what you read in the Trailer Life Catalog. The Flying Goose is the nicest campground so far. Barney said we need to stay a couple of days so he can rest up from the ride! Last evening after setting up and getting settled the neighbors reminded us that it was Karaoke night at the barn. The Children sing from 7 - 8:30 and the adults from then on. There is some good singers here and some great laughs from ones who think they are. We are looking forward to staying for a couple days.
