No pain no gain!


I’ve been slowly packing on the pounds since we’ve arrived here. Not that I’ve been eating too much bad stuff, Jo puts the kybosh on that, but just through lack of proper exercise. So I woke up and decided that all that was changing. Now the problem with travelling in a 34 foot home is that theres no room for an exercise bike or rowing machine. So the answer for me was to buy a bike trainer which clamps to the back of our bikes and lets you cycle on the spot. So I can just sit there, listen to some music and work up a sweat a couple of times a day. You can see for yourself from the pics that the results are quite dramatic!!
