The drive down The Cabot Trail is not only beautiful but filled with twist and turns and ups and downs. We crossed St Ann’s Bay on a short ferry and in Englishtown stopped at Fitzgerald’s Restaurant and had Fish Cakes and Beans, very tasty. In Sydney at the info center they have a large fiddle on display and I got info on the fortress at Louisbourg and the Alexander Graham Bell museum. We spent the night at the light house park after walking around the wharf so Guinness could check to see what the fishermen where catching. The people of Nova Scotia really like Guinness, the beer and the dog.
