Our RV trip around Atlantic Canada 2009 travel blog

We pop into Dieppe for some lunch and then drive down to Hampton. Hear we buy some Ice creams and then take a scenic drive down the Kingston peninsular to a campsite at Harding Point for the night. We go swimming again before having a BBQ and fir looking out over the lake on the Saint John river. We see a freight train rumbling down the shore line with 3 engines pulling it but are disappointed to find that it only has 47 carriages on it. We can see the ferries operating across the river that will take us into Saint John tomorrow. These a cable pulling boats attached at each end to the river banks. They take approximately 5 minutes to cross the river and are free!
